We had a really great experience at this hotel! The location is great as it is right near everything at the Inner Harbor and very close for walking to everything in that area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean! The hotel felt historic and modern at the same time. We had a nice view from our windows too! The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable and we had a nice sleep. The bathroom is small, and we wished the layout had been a little more convenient, but for a one night stay, it was sufficient. We used valet parking and it was very helpful as the area is not the greatest for parking otherwise. The complimentary breakfast had many options and was a pretty typical hotel breakfast, but sufficient.

The rooms were very clean, check in took a little time. I didn’t know they charge 150 for any accidents. I feel like they should have wrote that down on their website. Free breakfast in the morning. It was okay but they should have grill pork sausage. We were also on the ground floor. Didn’t have a great view. The room was hidden in a corner. 7/10

This is off the beaten path, but walking distance to the tourist spots, or a quick Lyft ride. Valet parking included! No extra charge. No hidden fees. Nice staff, little sundry shop for snacks and things you forget. Good coffee! Breakfast was the normal “Hampton inn” fair. Child friendly. Highly recommend.

Valet and front desk staff were awesome. Our room was nice and big enough for three people. The shower has nice amenities and the kitchen was well stocked! The breakfast staff had a hard time keeping the breakfast stocked and the dining area is small for such a large hotel.

Beautiful rooms, service not good because many of the staff didn't speak English so I had to use Google translate alot. In its a big staff problem when u have homeless men's coming in, sleeping in a hall and randomly walking on the each floor up and down the hall checking other guests room doors. Do to the high traffic of the Harbor better safe measures need to be made.........
